प्रतिरोधक (Resistor) दो सिरों वाला वैद्युत अवयव है जिसके सिरों के बीच विभवान्तर उससे बहने वाली तात्कालिक धारा के समानुपाती (या लगभग समानुपाती) होता है। ये विभिन्न आकार-प्रकार के होते हैं। इनसे होकर धारा बहने पर इनके अन्दर उष्माउत्पन्न होती है। कुछ प्रतिरोधक ओम के नियम का पालन करते हैं जिसका अर्थ है कि -
V = IR
एलेक्ट्रॉनिक परिपथ में प्राय: सबसे अधिक प्रयुक्त अवयव है।
